1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly, and not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Accounts are personal; sharing login credentials is not allowed.
2. Products & Orders
Beauty Gate 4U primarily offers products for women, including Hijabs, Innerwear, and Hair Removal products.
Product descriptions and images are for reference; actual product may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
All prices are displayed in PKR and may change without notice.
3. Payment & Taxes
Payments can be made online or via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Government Withholding Tax (WHT) for COD orders will be paid directly to the government and is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges as per local regulations.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed next business day after placement.
Delivery times vary by location: 2–5 business days across Pakistan.
Shipping & delivery costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or altered products.
Refunds processed 2–3 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
COD / tax charges are non-refundable.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
All orders are handled with discretion and privacy, particularly for products for women.
Information is not sold or shared with third parties except as needed for order fulfillment or legal compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is property of Beauty Gate 4U.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Beauty Gate 4U is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
We are not liable for delivery delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
