Refund policy

🔹 Return & Refund Policy – Beauty Gate 4U 
1. Return Window
All returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Return requests must be initiated immediately after noticing the issue.
2. Condition for Return
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. Delivery / Shipping Charges
All shipping & delivery costs for both the initial parcel and the returned product are the customer’s responsibility.
Ensure the product is securely packaged for safe return.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after the returned parcel reaches our warehouse.
Refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account via the same payment method used during purchase.
5. Government Withholding Tax (Cash on Delivery)
Any Government Withholding Tax (WHT) applied on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be paid directly to the Government.
This tax is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Responsibility for Product Price
The customer remains responsible for the product price until the returned parcel reaches our warehouse.
Refunds are only processed after verification of the returned product in original condition.
7. Exceptions / Important Notes
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
Any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.
Our team may contact the customer for verification before accepting the return.
